Can we hire overnight?
Yes, just add this to your booking or let us know when you call. Additional £20.00
Do you have insurance?
Yes, all of our equipment is covered by Public Liability Insurance for £5 Million
Are your castles safe?
Most certainly, all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually, and all castles are annually RPII tested and meet British Standards.
Do you do fete days?
Yes, we can offer supervisors with our castles if required. Quote given upon request.
Can we rely on you to actually turn up?
We pride ourselves on being the most reliable castle delivery company in Dorset. Every week we recieve calls from people who have been let down, call us and it won't happen!
What will happen if your van breaks down, or your delivery team fall ill?
We take all precautions to ensure we provide a reliable service. All our vans are less than 3 years old, are serviced regularly, and kept well maintained. Our staff are also reliable and hard working members of our team. However for total peace of mind we have 2 x vans for delivering bouncy castles (and break down cover), and part-time stand by staff (in case of illness). One of the many benefits of booking us as opposed to one of the cheaper hirers in the area.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day?
Many of our units have shower covers just in case of a slight drizzle. But if there is heavy rain, or high winds we may have to cancel the booking. We will keep you informed if this is a possibility, and there is no charge for cancellation due to weather.
Will I be required to do anything when you arrive?
Please ensure that the ground is clear from stones, sticks, glass, dog mess or any other item that may damage or dirty the castle. Ensure we are able to park outside your property easily, and enter with our trolley through a side gate or large front door easily with no obstacles, making sure we have at least 1 meter width.
We will set up the castle for you. All we ask is for you to read through the Terms & Conditions / Safety Instructions and sign the disclaimer. It is then your responsibility to supervise anyone under the age of 18 years on the castle, and ensure the castle is not damaged or you will be liable for repair costs.
