By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following safety, operation, and liability terms.
1. Structure Safety & Stability
Installation: The structure will be erected by our staff in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and following MUTA best Practise. Do not attempt to alter, dismantle, or move the tent structure, poles, or stakes.
Anchoring: All guy ropes and stakes are critical for stability. Do not remove or loosen any anchors. If an anchor becomes loose, cease using the tent immediately and contact us.
Weather Hazards: Star tents are temporary structures. In the event of high winds (exceeding manufacturers' limits), heavy snow, or severe electrical storms, the tent must be evacuated immediately.
Fire Hazards: If there is a fire, evacuate immediately
Damage Liability: The Hirer is responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period, from completion of setup to dismantling including repair costs.
2. Usage Restrictions
Smoking/Open Flames: Smoking, fireworks, bonfires, or open fires (including fire pits/BBQs) are strictly prohibited inside or within 10meters of the star dome tent.
Cooking: No cooking equipment or appliances are allowed inside the tent.
Decoration: Do not hang heavy items, decorations, or signage from the poles, legs, ropes or fabric without prior consent.
Ground Conditions: The site must be kept clear of hazards. Do not allow children to play on or climb the poles, guy ropes, or fabric.
You must inform us of the location of all underground services prior to set-up.
We shall not be liable for damage to the ground, erection site or surface upon which we set up.
3. Inspection & Acceptance
You, the Hirer confirm they have inspected the erected star tent and are satisfied with its safety, condition, and stability prior to use.
Any defects or issues noted upon handover must be reported immediately.
4. Safety Instruction and Liability Waiver
Get Up and Bounce accepts no liability for any personal injury, death, or damage to personal property caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow these safety guidelines during the rental period.
The Hirer agrees to indemnify Get Up and Bounce against any claims arising from the use of the equipment.
