Terms & Conditions:

• Social Distancing and Covid-19 Safe regulations and procedures must be followed at all times.
• Please ensure any pets such as dogs are kept safely out the way of the Elves at all times.
• If any members of your household are thought to have or self isolating due to Coronavirus we cannot undertake the visit. We will try to accommodate a date/time change if suitable.
• Please ensure we have adequate space to park our van, ideally on the driveway or in front of your home. If this is not possible please let us know on your booking form.
• Payment must be made in full when making your booking. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds.
• Visits must take place on Private Land, i.e. your home address. Other locations may be available on request, but may be subject to an additional charge.
• Social Distancing is key. Children must stay inside your home and not come into your garden or driveway throughout the visit. We want to ensure a non contact safe doorstep visit to protect you and us.
• Weather - in the event of very bad weather such as strong winds and heavy rain we may have to reschedule your visit to another suitable date. If a suitable date and time cannot be arranged we will refund you in full.
• In the event of a local lockdown or further restrictions put in place that mean your visit cannot go ahead, your payment can be moved to another date or refund made.
• Gifts supplied may be subject to change.
• Your visit will include a minimum of 2 Elves, but sometimes 3 Elves. If parking is an issue at your home its very likely the number Elves at your visit will be reduced.

Visit Procedure:

We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.

Garden Visits - Please ensure your garden is clear of any dog mess. Feel free to leave fun items such as footballs, slides, frisbees, scooters etc in the back garden. The Naughty Elves will use these items to be very silly in front of the children (we'll do this very carefully and will not cause any damage)

Doorstep/Driveway Visits - Please ensure your doorstep/driveway is as clear as possible. Move vehicles out of the driveway if possible to allow the Elves space to undertake their silly antics. Move plant pots and any breakable items away form the door step if possible. All this will help the Elves undertake their 'Elf & Safety' check and allow you to view the antics more effectively.

• Around 3 - 7 days before your visit date you'll receive a call or text to confirm your 1 hour time slot
• On your visit date please make sure the children are in position ready for the visit. If its a surprise try to think of a clever way to ensure the children are at or near the window/door ready for the arrival.
• On arrival we will park our 'Elf Team' van outside your property on on your driveway if possible.
• We'll make a bit of a noise when we arrive. Festive music will be playing and we also use our fun horns to alert you of our arrival.

• Get yourselves at the windows or doorstep ready to witness the craziness unfold. Please may we remind you No children or Adults in the garden/driveway throughout the visit.

• Once the Elves have undertaken some silliness in the garden/driveway we'll knock your door and thats when you can open the door ready for some Festive Tricks and Elf Magic. But please stay inside your home.

• Towards the end of the visit you'll receive your Gifts and then Santas elves will say a big good bye
